For the glory of the LORD

1 Kings 8:11
March 17th 2019, 3rd Holy Day of the month
Rev. Tadashi Nagae, pastor

The dedication of the temple was carried out. Then, the cloud filled there, and the glory of the LORD filled the temple. Let us see the following 3 points.at Our Church's Dedication Anniversary Worship.

Firstly, the churches are the hope of the world. As in the prophecy of Jesus, the wickedness is increasing and the love of most people is growing cold. Many people are in affliction and distress, and are going astray. Among them, the churches that preach the gospel, are the hope of the world.

Secondly, the LORD is not satisfied with the present situations of the churches. We always tend to get satisfied with the present state easily. However, the LORD is never satisfied with our present state, as He wants all souls to be saved.

Thirdly, let us offer for the glory of the LORD. One of the offering is to build a new church building. "Church" means an assembly of saved people, but through church building, people in the world can know the church and can touch the glory of God. The other offering is to devote ourselves. That is the blessed way of life.

Let us keep offering for the glory of God!.

<The Verse of the Bible>
When the priests withdrew from the Holy Place, the cloud filled the temple of the LORD. And the priests could not perform their service because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled his temple.
