When we face various problems, we tend to be anxious about them. How can we walk free from our anxieties?
The first is to recognize our anxieties as sins and trust in God with one heart. Anxieties lead us to deny the Word of God. It is a state of mind divided into several parts. Instead, it is important to unite our hearts and trust in God and His promises.
The second is to pray to God and make our requests known to Him. What we should have in mind then is to pray in all cases, and to pray with thanksgiving to the Lord. Lack of gratitude to God causes grumbling and disbelief. But thanksgiving to God develops faith in God.
When we walk in this way, trusting in the Lord, the peace of God will guard our hearts. We can walk in peace, being free from any worries or fears. With Christmas just around the corner, let us walk in the peace of the Lord!

<The Verse of the Bible>
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)
