Prophet Isaiah prophesied about the destruction of Babylon. He described it by comparing idol gods and true God.
First of all, as for idol gods, they cannot rescue us. They are unreliable things which were made by humans and have to be carried by them.
Then, about the true God. Firstly, He loves us no matter how we get changed. That is not conditional. No matter how we get weak, He loves us unchangably.
Secondly, He will carry our burdens. He promises that He will invite all who are weary and carry their burdens.
Even in any situation in the future, the LORD will carry our burdens, carry us and walk together with us. Let us trust in Him indeed while walking our lives!

<The Verse of the Bible>
Even to your old age and gray hairs
I am he, I am he who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
I am he, I am he who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
